Return Policy
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please send us an email to shop@pueblodebarro.com . Please be sure to include a description of the damage or issue in the body of the email. Please provide photos of the issue, and all necessary contact information for us to help you through the process.
For packages lost in transit, we ask that you notify us within one day of the date that the shipment tracking shows the order to have been received, however all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the reported delivery date. If you exceed the one week time frame we reserve the right to decline your claim. For packages lost by carrier we will open a problem report with the shipper and will notify you of the results. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Once we determine the validity of the claim we will respond by email with instructions for the return or refund if applicable. Please wait until we respond because we will need to open a problem report with the shipper, fulfillment center, or manufacturer. Once this problem report is open we will provide the return shipping information.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
If you have not provided Pueblo de Barro with a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund). If you have provided a billing method we can refund the cost of the item and applicable taxes, but will not refund the shipping for unclaimed returns.
Custom Goods and personalized Goods- Pueblo de Barro does not accept returns, exchanges, nor refunds of custom crafted goods, such as but not limited to wreaths, and floral arrangements. We do not accept returns, exchanges, nor refunds on any personalized items. You hereby agree that all sales of custom or personalized item are final.
Returns for Buyer’s Remorse and Sizing- We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Pueblo de Barro provides a size selection for products in the description of the items. It is the customers responsibility to select the proper size. Size exchanges are not allowed. For instance, if a customer orders a 36” wreath and their door is 30 inches we will not exchange the item. It is the customers responsibility to read the product descriptions and take proper measurements of the locations in which they intend to use our products.
Pueblo de Barro reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
